"Blood On The Beach" is made up of four drunken gospels to the gods of Nowhere and Boredom. Keith's "I'd-rather-be-watching-sitcoms" vocals are backed up with a band that might not know how to do anything better than play American Hardcore the way it was meant to be played. Living inside the world of Together in Static has been an intense and beautiful experience for me. From finishing it in lockdown, to the live gigs at Hackney Church through to the concert film - the record has helped light the path back to some form of normality in my life. I’m really happy to close this chapter with Yesterday Faded, one of my favourite tracks from the record, and I’m gassed to see what happens next. DA xxx

News from electronic / ambient / avant pop Scott Hansen San Francisco, California Tycho and Benjamin Gibbard of Death Cab for Cutie & The Postal Service recently shared a landmark new collaboration with single “Only Love”. Now, the circle of collaboration is extended further as Austin-based producer, DJ, pianist and activist LP Giobbi adds her piano loops and high-energy beats to the mix. LP Giobbi has become one of electronic music’s fastest-rising stars. Considering herself “a one-woman jam band. Speaking on the remix, she comments: "Tycho is such an inspiring mix of real instruments and electronic music so it was a true honor to get to work on one of his tracks. I took it as an opportunity to create a musical, emotional journey that hopefully takes the listener through soundscapes of uplifting joy which is what I feel after listening to a Tycho track." “Only Love” stands as a powerful anthem from both artists, meticulously fusing Tycho’s transcendent production and signature arrangements with Gibbard’s cathartic, deeply humanist lyricism.
