Singles of the Week (02//22)

1) Rolo Tomassi - Closer

The official video for our song “Closer.”

New album Where Myth Becomes Memory will be available February 4, 2022.

Where to begin? How to fathom this? An endless beautiful symmetry Designed to fail, sweet catastrophe Once lost in the glow Now I’m the devil you don’t know What’s left to lose? All I want is you Your patience removed But all I want is you Naive to assume Yet all I want is you As language concludes The only way out is through And all I want is you What’s left to prove? Once lost in the glow Now I'm the devil you don't know

4) VERO - BEG! / Concrete

News from Stockholm, Sweden indie-rock girls band PNKSLM Recordings proudly presents Vero’s new 7’’ BEG! / Concrete on blue marbled vinyl limited to just 100 copies. Get them while they last! The trio of Julia Boman, Clara Gyökeres and Amanda Eddestål experiment with genres and references, challenging the idea of what a modern band is supposed to be - this time with artistic freedom. These experiments have resulted in a forthcoming debut album, due for worldwide release in Spring 2022, but first comes a brand new 7'' featuring new single 'BEG!' and a brilliant reimagining of Shame’s “Concrete”, two tracks showcasing the band’s move into indie rock territory, while retaining their pop chops. The 7'' is officially out on January 14th but ships out as soon as possible after your order (normally within one week). New single BEG! is out now.
