Začínáme v Londýně, kde se v roce 2008 zrodila indie/surf/pop kapela Two Wounded Birds. Debutový singl My Lonesome vyšel 8. dubna 2010 a najdete ho také na 5track Ep Keep Dreaming Baby z téhož roku. Nový 7″ vinyl All We Wanna Do vychází pod značkou Moshi Moshi společně se skladbou Midnight Wave, koupit si ho můžete také digitálně, kde je navíc přidána píseň Do The Jay Jay.
Zůstáváme v Londýně s poměrně zajímavou partou původem z Brazílie The Tamborines. První jejich nahrávky se objevily v roce 2005 na různých kompilacích, o rok později se na debutovém limitovaném Ep Sally O´Gannon ujali produkce zkušení Brian O´Shaugnessy a Tim Holms (My Bloody Valentine, Primal Scream…). Loni začátkem srpna přišla na svět také celá deska Camera and Tremor, v současné době kapela natočila 7″ vinyl Black and Blue na labelu Beat-Mo a ten vychází toto pondělí.
Za indie/pop projektem White Sea se ukrývá americká zpěvačka a také hráčka na piano i cello Morgan Kibby. Znát jí můžete třeba ve spolupráci s M83 nebo The Romanovs. V říjnu 2010 natočila své debutové pětiskladbové Ep This Frontier, jenž otvírá příjemná Mounaineer. Tento týden vychází digitálně toto Ep s novými remixy (Remixes vol.1) a mě nejvíce zaujal ten od známých School Of Seven Bells, kteří si vyhráli se skladbou Cannibal Love.
