Americké dark pop duo New Canyons tuto neděli na Nový rok vydávají zbrusu nový singl. Kapelu tvoří Andrew Marrah + Adam Stilson, kteří debutovali v roce 2009 albem Strife, Struggle & Fire. Druhá deska Everyone is Dark míchající příjemnou electroniku se shoegaze přišla až o 4 roky později. Aktuální novinka se jmenuje Never Found a najdete na ní navíc 3 remixy (Sanford Parker, The New Division a Lightpolite.

Michael Tenzer, který působí jinak v shoegaze kapele Lazy Legs má už nějaký ten pátek sólo projekt Soft Lashes. Debutoval loni koncem října eponymním 3track EP v duchu chillwave a dream popíku. Letos v listopadu se objevil na jeho bandcampu příjemný singl Heart 2 Heart. Tuto středu je zde dle mě ještě lepší kousek s názvem Lancer, tak proč mu neudělit zlato...

3 holky a jeden kluk tvoří indie rockovou kapelu z Barcelony nazvanou Mourn. Jejich dráha začala v roce 2014, ovlivněni PJ Harvey, Patti Smith, Sebadoh či Sleater Kinney natočili eponymní desku. O rok poté se již upsali známým Captured Tracks a letos jim vyšla dvojka Ha, Ha, He! Mě osobně sedí třeba z této desky svižnější pecky jako Gertrudis, Get Through This! nebo výborná krátká ♥President Bullshit♥. Ta třetí rozjetá kterou mám rád, dostala právě ofi video, které se zatím sekne po 25 sekundách... - Irrational Friend!

1) Trentemøller - Complicated (Featuring Jehnny Beth)



Všestranný hudebník a producent Anders Trentemøller z dánské Kodaně, který si libuje jak v elektronice tak i v kytarách a není mu cizí ani klasická hudba, vydává tento pátek u labelu In My Room nový singl. Jeho éra začala někdy kolem roku 1997, o tři roky později přišel eponymní debutový 12" vinyl z otevírací Le Champagne. První řadovka The Last Resort vyšla v roce 2006 a mezi kritiky dostala pozitivní hodnocení. Letos v září se Anders pochlubil albem Fixion na kterém si zazpívalo i několik interpretek: Marie Fisker, Lisbet Fritze a v současnosti asi nejznámější Jehnny Beth. Ta funguje samozřejmě v kapele Savages, zde jí můžete slyšet v písni Complicated. Vychutnat si můžeme také povedený remix od post punkových The Soft Moon.
