These are truly some of our favorite artists and we are so grateful they each gave us their time, talent, and thoughtfulness. Each remix is so special and reminds us there's never just one path to the end. Slow Magic is an instrumental electronic mastermind. Beverly Kills are rising post-punk stars from Sweden. EEP are the new shoegaze darlings from El Paso, TX. The Meeting Places are L.A. dreamy indie pop veterans. Millionyoung is a Florida chillwave specialist who hits heavy on any dance floor.  New single from New York, New York alternative rock trio, the upcoming album ‘Cool It Down’, out September 30th. 

 It could only be called alchemy, the transformative magic that happens during the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ most tuned-in moments in the studio, when their unique chemistry sparks opens a portal, and out comes a song like “Maps” or “Zero” or the latest addition to their canon, “Spitting off the Edge of the World featuring Perfume Genius” — an epic shot-to-the-heart of pure YYYs beauty and power. A thunderstorm of a return is what the legendary trio has in store for us on Cool It Down, their fifth studio album and their first since 2013’s Mosquito. The eight-track collection, bound to be a landmark in their catalog, is an expert distillation of their best gifts that impels you to move, and cry, and listen closely.

 News from Hasselt, Belgium indie-pop The Haunted Youth are pulling out all the stops with this uptempo summer tune, making you walk on air and long for a drink on a festival site. Echoing the grandiose style of high-sounding bands such as The Cure and M83, ‘Broken’ naturally also bears the band’s instantly recognizable signature dreamy sound. ‘Broken’ is the centrepiece of the highly anticipated debut album, and will be getting a physical release as a 12” single featuring 3 alternative versions (Extended / Tape / Bedroom). “The song is about feeling lost or helpless after being betrayed in a friendship or relationship you thought would last forever”, THY’s Joachim Liebens explains. The Haunted Youth rose to fame in 2021 with debut single ‘Teen Rebel’, a success even surpassed by follow-ups ‘Coming Home’, ‘Gone’ and ‘Shadows’. The band attracted attention in the rest of Europe and the US, earning praise from outlets including NME, KEXP and Consequence.
